When typesetting text in PPT, the text in the inserted text box can be automatically indented to make the text and the size of the text box consistent.
1. Create a new PPT presentation, click [Insert]-[Shape]-[Text Box], insert a text box and enter text in the text box.
As can be seen from the above figure, the default size of the text box changes with the amount of text. If there is too much text, the text box will become very long or wide.
2. Right-click on the text box and select [Set Shape Format] to open the setting window on the right.
3. Click [Text options]-[Text box]-[Indent text on overflow] in the right window.
In this way, drag the text box according to the layout size and layout effect to change the size of the text box, and the size of the text in the box will increase and decrease as the text box increases. In this way, the text in the text box is automatically indented!
